Trick or Treat, Spank my Seat!

Kat comes home from Trick or Treating and tells Lily she stole a ton of candy and feels guilty and wants to be punished for it. Lily agrees and hand spanks her very hand for a long time before pulling down her tights and moving on to the big heart shaped paddle, which brings little bratty Kat to kicking and begging and tears.
