RDS: Jamie's First Discipline Session

I have had tons of emails asking to see what a full hour long discipline session would be like, instead of the short 10 or 20 minute sessions that are usually recorded, so I decided to actually film one of my full sessions with a first time client who booked a full hour due to her many issues. Jamie is a 20 year old dancer who is constantly smoking and hating herself. Among other things, she is diagnosed bi polar and has no motivation. She decides to try Discipline Accountability coaching to see if it will help her, and this is her first full session.
